This round we are focusing on "wear", and getting ready for the fall.
There will be a mandatory stalking period of 3 weeks! No packages may be sent before July 24th.
The swap runs through August 22nd. ALL package must be sent by/on August 22nd.
Minimum package value = $35 + shipping
Must include 2-3 skeins of malabrigo (no MORE or LESS) - this limit includes any knitting/crocheting you do for your partner. i.e. if a hat takes 1 skein, you can only send an additional 1-2 skeins.
This round you need to EITHER
- Knit your partner an item from your type of wear (question threads will allow you to make small preference comments)
- Send a kit so their partner may knit themselves their type of wear, including the pattern, appropriate yarn and needles (those who are picky about needles may opt out their partner having to send needles).
You must respond to all the Q & Check In threads w/in 3 days. (unless you have permission from the swap mods- i.e. you will be on a pre-planned internet free vacation)
If not, you face possible expulsion from the swap group.
Please let us know if you are unable to complete the swap - at anytime after registration. We will work to re-assign your partners.
